Dairy Style is a lifestyle blog all about creating your own beautiful life. I share my DIY projects to inspire you to get creating. I believe that you can create anything you put your mind too. I love to upcyle and I believe everyone can make the beautiful life they always dreamed of. At Dairy Style you’ll find tutorials on my projects, inspirational idea’s for your lifestyle projects. I love sharing ways to create beautiful things at a fraction of the cost. 

The inspiration to create Dairy Style came from a lovely guest at our Byron Bay Hinterland property Katherine who loved all the “stunning design and craftiness”. In 2011 I renovated the old dairy bales on my Byron Bay Hinterland property and created The Old Dairy which is full of all my up-cycled and DIY projects. I am constantly seeking inspiration then working out how I can create that within my own life. Now I hope I can share that with you too. 

During the 90’s I lived in the Balmain/Roselle area Sydney. I was a frequent patron of “Chesters Café and Junkyard Antiques” (sadly no longer there) an amazing café where everything was retro or vintage and for sale. It has been a dream of mine to replicate this idea in some way. In my online shop (coming soon) you will find many of my DIY projects and things I have made that are in the Old Dairy available for sale. While staying at The Old Dairy you can visit the Dairy Closet filled with my up cycled vintage finds. I have always loved to play dress ups and now my guests can too!
